Letter: Insurers Alter Cost Formula, and Patients Pay More

In a letter to the editor, the New York Health Plan Association pointed out that a recent article in the New York Times looking at how health insurers reimburse doctors for out-of-network services did not include a look at the prices charged by doctors.
